Lucas had spend some time in the library and was now taking a walk around the place. He was hoping to find some way to get back to Gilmore. He didn't think he would but he hoped he figured that he should at least try.

He stuffed his hands in his pockets and walked down by the lake. He looked out on the lake and watched the waves lap for a few moments.

	He nodded mutely at her first comment. It sounded a little like a blow off to him. "I don't want you to feel like you're under duress to go out with me."
