Day 29 Arrival.

It had been a pretty normal day for Lucas. He had woke up in the house in Gilmore where he lived. He'd gotten ready and gone to his literature lecture. Then he had gone to work coaching the basketball team.

He then went for lunch with Haley and Jamie. Nathan was busy with basketball practice.

During lunch Lindsay had called him asking him to go to New York at the weekend to do some work on his book 'An Unkindness of Ravens.'

He said that of course he would. He went back to work in his office in the gym in Gilmore and worked on some plays for an upcoming game his team had.

At five he headed home and left the house to go for a short run. He followed his usual route, looking down at the ground as he ran.

When he looked up he noticed he wasn't in Gilmore anymore. He looked around.

"Huh," he said in confusion.

	Blair nodded at his question. "I know, right? I didn't believe it either. Another planet called Mirage, and it somehow seems...alive. It can tell what you want. Your room is like, exactly as you want it. If you want certain clothes or food they show up." Blair grinned, taking his hand and shaking it gently. "Nice to meet you Lucas." "Yeah, sorry. Would you like me to find out about a room for you? Sometimes these golem things showed up, they did when I came here, but I've heard if you go to one of the front desks there's usually a key just...waiting for you. Or would you rather a walk around the resort?"

Blair had to be honest, she didn't really mind. But she was sure he'd find a sort of map of the planet and the things surrounding it.

"Sorry if I'm rubbish at being the tour guide by the way, I've never really shown anyone around here."

	"I suppose it's far more colder just now, so we can take a wander into the bar or something if you like? Or the games room? I'm not even use to everywhere that's here and I've been here a while." Blair laughed lightly, then headed in the direction for the bar.

"I know the feeling. When I was first brought here I longed to just get a drink and sort my head out. I was lucky, came when it was all beach and no snow."

She missed then. When it was always warm and Chuck was...She shook her head. She tried not to think about back home, or when Chuck was here too.

"You're welcome," she replied with a smile.

Blair smiled, looking down a little. She always thought she was perfect, she had to with the life she grew up in, but when someone complimented her she still blushed like a 14 year old and not the 17 year old she was.

"We get snow occasionally, but yes mostly warmth and sun."

She missed New York. But she wouldn't let herself be kept down by thoughts like that. She'd just enjoy what she could.

"Oh it's not far, just another room. They have the bar in here but it's more crowed with the skiers and things."

	"New York. Upper East Side." She coudldn't help it, it always came out automatically. She had always been proud of her routes, of the fact that she was born so high up. "And yourself?" Finally entering the bar, she smiled when she noticed how quieter it was. A few tables had people sitting around them, but it wasn't as packed as the other room. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	"I'm from Tree Hill, North Carolina. I have a friend who lives in New York. She's a fashion designer. You may have heard of her. Her name is Brooke Davis and she owns the line Clothes over Bros." "Can't say I have heard of her. My Mom is a fashion designer too, maybe she's heard of her but...sorry."

Blair headed over to a table, sitting at it then waited for him.

"Oh this planet has never asked me for money before. It's strange, it sort of...know what you want. My room is exactly like it is at home. And the clothes are exactly my size and exactly what I like but I rarely visit the shop for them." She shrugged, looking at him. "It's quite weird."

	Her time alone, without those she knew from New York, really had changed her. She was far more calm these days, less of the bitch that she was.
