Michiru had spent a good hour or so posting notes around the resort. She'd put one up in all the common rooms, plus one at the restaurant and the theatre itself. Hopefully everyone who would be interested would see them. She wasn't sure exactly how many fellow musicians there were here, or how many would come, but if there was one thing Michiru was sure of, it was of the ability of music to connect people. And right now, she was feeling a need to connect, after the ordeal of the kidnapping and everything.

She made sure to arrive at the theatre well before the time she'd posted to get things set up. She hadn't been sure about using the theatre; it seemed a bit too formal for the type of get-together she intended, but the acoustics were perfect, and there really wasn't any better space. So, she set about getting things set up. Several of the resort's ever present golems appeared to help, carrying out music stands and chairs. Michiru wasn't sure what kind of instruments people would be playing or needing, but she figured they could figure that out when they arrived. Two of the golems pushed a rather nice grand piano out on the stage, and Michiru felt a twinge of regret that she hadn't asked Haruka to come as well. But it wasn't fair for her to always be dragging the blond to these kind of things, and while she was quite an accomplished pianist, Haruka didn't share Michiru's deep love for music.

Satisfied that everything was set up as best as it could be, Michiru shooed the golems away and took out her violin. With practiced ease she tuned it and tucked it under her chin. She took a few minutes to just warm up, playing a few scales and easy exercises before she began playing in earnest. Just a slow, sad piece that fit her current mood. She hadn't gotten too far in before she saw the door open and someone come in.

The blond elf played the recorder, not anywhere near as well as he could sing, but more than well enough to provide background for the star woman's song. He watched her raptly, the beautiful sounds coming out of her lips completely consuming him until the last note died. When it was over, he lowered the instrument from his lips and just sat silently for a second. His soul had been touched, and he needed a moment to gather himself.

He finally moved, turned to his companions, noting the effect it had had on all of them. It was so beautiful, so completely without peer, what they had made. And, to him, both songs had been beautiful equally, though quite different. Finally, he shook his head when he saw his friend crying. "Lady Giselle..." Then, she was gone, and he made a mental note to track her down again. He could tell the music had touched her greatly, and he sensed that, in her, he'd found someone else who was equally touched by the beauty of music.

That, though, was later. For now, he walked over to the star woman and the violinist. To each of them, he bowed. "My thanks to you both. Never have I had an experience like this before. Lady Michiru, I already counted you a friend, and after this, Lady Star, I hope I can say the same of you." His words were very sincere.

"But for now, I believe I must go as well. Anything else on top of such perfection would be too much. I very much hope to meet with both of you again." Once more, he bowed, and then turned to go. He needed to let the beauty seep in to him, which he could do better walking alone than with others. He did hope that this happened again.
