Entry tags:complete, day 34, laura moon, lizards, max guevara, river tam, sidney prescott

-Who: Lizards and anyone!
-What: Lizards are swarming Mirage
-When: From morning to whenever the lizards are driven off/defeated
-Where: Location 2! Inside the playhouse/theater
-Rating: PG-13 for fighting
-Status: Incomplete

Lizards had come into the playhouse, drawn by the bright warm lights that lit up the stage. A few were content to just sit under the lights, attempting to sun themselves and soak up the warmth, while others were crawling around the seats. A few younger looking ones were gleefully ripping out the padding from some of the seats and throwing the fluff into the air. Some others had gotten into the costumes and were more or less trying them on. They didn't seem to be quite sure how they were supposed to wear them, however, so it resulted in silly things like one wearing a belt as a sort of headband and another wearing a fake grass skirt around its neck.

(OOC: As the day goes on, more and more will appear. There will be about 200 total, so about four and a half for each person, including those who are staying inside, so those who are fighting will have more to take down.)

"Its basically tough chicks vs lizards so join in!" as Sidney used a paso doble kick to send a lizard flying. Not the most normal of weapons but she had no gun or anything that would usually make sense at the moment. She used a chair as a partner and sent a couple of more flying.

Laura, silent, narrowed her eyes. There were still lizards on the stage. Still standing close to River, she noted that the girl was a little bit swarmed. "Mind if I cut in?" she remarked coolly, grabbing one of the beasts by the arm. Focusing, every muscle in her body stretching and straining, she lifted the beast and flung it. Moving like a wildcat, she chased after him while he was still in the air. Something so dead should not move that fast.

She hit the stage before the creature did. The ones waiting in the wings, silly costumes and all, were mildly alarmed by the dead woman's presence. As beasts, they could probably smell the unpleasant odor of death that hung around her. The lizard that she had thrown hit the stage, dazed, probably unconscious; he was no longer a threat. Two of them ran out from the wings. She wasn't used to dealing with two things aware of her presence. Looking around, she focused and used that speed again, disappearing into the shadows onstage. Fortunately, where there was light, there was shadow. The two lizards stopped, looking confused. She shot a glance back towards the doors. The girls seemed to have it well in hand, but how long? And, unfortunately, these weren't men who needed justice exacted upon them. She didn't want to kill them.

Hearing a hiss behind her ear, she turned and was face to face with a lizard in a really goofy hat. Luckily, Laura preferred to feel one emotion at a time so she was hardly ready to laugh. Unfortunately, in that moment of consideration, it had her round the middle and she and the lizard were tumbling onto stage. She kneed it hard, sending it flying off of her. Okay, so shadows were a bad idea. Pale and looking more deceased in the light, she clenched her teeth. This was rotten.

How about the order that we came in? Laura, River, Sidney, and Max?

As the lizards started to swarm River she knew she could handle them. However Laura offered to cut in on some and River nodded her head, stepping back a bit for her to have more room. She watched as the woman had thrown the lizard up onto the stage and ran so fast after it. River was amazed at Laura's power.

A series of hisses brought River's attention back at the lizards. There were a few more than before now that had come out from the darkness of the orchestra pit. They ran at her and quickly River threw her double sided axe up into the air as the all jumped on her.

In a matter of seconds River was able to punch and kick them enough to giver her some room to move. A few that were scratching at her head she picked up and threw into the walls of the theater, they slid to the ground unconcious. She held onto one and used its body to hit a few of the others before throwing him into the wall as well.

River reached up in time to catch her axe before it hit the ground and spun in the circle of the lizards, one hand cuting with the axe and the other punching her way through.
