Mercy Cove Lines

I'm Liz and I'm new here. I've just applied this Gemma Chan faced Phoenix and I'd love some lines for her. Specifically, the witch (but it doesn't have to be a witch) that found her collapsed in Mercy Cove when she was fifteen. She's neighbors to one side with Adam Wright, and a neighbor to the other side or... anywhere near would be great. She's approximately 38 in this life, but her actual age is unknown. Li Mei teaches English at the high school, so friends with other teachers --- or anyone! --- would be great. I'm open to all kinds of plotting, so throw whatever at me.
