Alright then! Officially! This is Elaine O'Connor.

Elaine is the youngest and only girl in the O'Connor family. She is quite close to her brothers so watch what you say. :) She is a trained chef who converted to bakery-ism. She owns The Irish Apple which specializes in Irish baked goods and of the like. She is 35, creeping up on 36. Been in Mercy Cove most of her life so in terms of knowing people...pretty sure she would know a fair amount. She is a lovely one who enjoys a good time. Lots of good times. With karaoke. Should also mention she has the mouth of sailor.
