The reason Felicia was so good at what she did--the reason that she was becoming the enigmatic folk figure--was that she had been taught to plan in advance. You wanted to be stealthy and leave nothing behind, and though she had gotten a little more careless about people seeing her, she still put a lot of thought into her robberies. It was a game of half-skills and half-strategy.
So when someone mucked up her big score, she got pissed.
The first sign that something was off came when she went to check the security cameras and saw that someone had hastily covered a few lenses up. She started to carefully fry each hard drive, careful to go over the ones that somebody else had missed. As she lowered herself into the main show room of jewelery, she stared down in disbelief at the group of amateurs pawing her haul. Guess I'll have to play the good girl tonight...
She called out to one of the men below. "Try the sapphires big boy, they'll really make your eyes pop." The skittish robbers turned and fired at the sound of her voice as she dropped down, whacking the nearest man in the face with her foot before swinging towards another. She grasped his collar, and using her momentum, she tucked and rolled, flipping him over her and into a display case wall. She felt a familiar tugging sensation in her gut as a bullet whizzed by her ear, and suddenly power went out to the area, leaving them with only moonlight to see by, which was fine by her. She crept slowly along the floor, trying to make no noise as she watched the three robbers shuffling nervously around the room with itchy trigger finger.
