[ The first thing that could be heard was Gohan muttering to himself, followed by a number of small electronic noises as he pressed a number of buttons on the communicator. Maybe everyone else knew what buttons he was pressing, but it was clearly obvious that Gohan did not, considering he was broadcasting without knowing it. ]

I bet Bulma would love this thing... okay! Here we go! 'Welcome, criminal.'...

[ A pause. ]

[ The next couple of seconds consisted of Gohan pretty much muttering the entire greeting on his communicator to himself, his voice growing more and more incredulous with each second that ticked by. Yeah, this just... couldn't be right. Could it? ]
