[Hiling stands before a table in the pizza parlor while a robot delivers an assortment of pizzas, breadsticks, and appetizers. She looks it over with approval before turning to the screen.]

Who's hungry? I've got plenty to go around. I hope some of you can take a break from costume shopping long enough to come celebrate with us. [She pulls Revive into the shot.] You see, Revive and I are very excited to announce our acceptance into the Defense Force! Members that want to meet the new recruits or anyone who wants to stop by are all welcome!

	Mm! [ After a wave she disconnects, and heads right over. It takes a while, since she has to cut across Sector 0 to make it, but she arrives eventually. Jeanne easily spots and waves to Hiling before walking up. She's dressed in simple jeans and a hooded sweater (with a cute puppy design on the back). ] Whew, I hope I didn't miss the fun! Did you have some kind of experience like it when you were back home, too? 	I wasn't planning on it, but now that Ribbons is gone... [It's barely been more than a week, so it's still hard to talk about. She looks away for a second, biting her lip.] It was sort of like this back home. I was a member of an autonomous peacekeeping force. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	It does seem more laid back. If I could handle the responsibility back home, this should be no problem. [Though there were a lot of things she never had to deal with back home simply because she had a license. She sips her drink through a straw.]</small. How do you like it here? You could say that... I mean, we don't even get uniforms. [ She shrugged a shoulder. ] Not that I'm complaining, but.. isn't it kind of hard to look "official" without one?

[ Jeanne kicks back with her soda, too. ] You mean Marina in general? [ She only has to think about it for a moment. ] It could be worse. I miss home, sometimes, but things weren't going so well for me on a personal level. I know my friends can take care of things while I'm, erm... replaced I guess. [ With a small smile. ] I have friends here, now, and people I want to protect. That's good enough for me.
