[Voice|Backdated to noon-ish]
...[So he woke up this morning and found out he'd managed to sleep through an entire day. He didn't think he'd used that much energy. But, even so, Jun's voice doesn't really sound sleepy, just deadpan, and he's bored...bored, and a little bit curious.]

This is a bit of an odd question to ask out of the blue, but since everyone is from different worlds, what kind of music do you listen to? Well, if you listen to music at all.

[...That last sentence pains him, but he has to include it.] Also, is music an everyday part of life, or is it mostly just for special occasions?

[ooc: Tags will be slow, BUT I WILL GET THEM, GORRAMMIT. >:O I MEANS IT. Also, consider this blanket permission to threadjack all over this post if you should feel like it. Cheers.]

I guess... whatever's on the radio at work. I've never had much chance to listen to much music due to work.

['Detective'? Jun has to wonder about that, given what he's heard from Saki, but...oh, we'll see.]

Mm? I really like it. I wanted to study music, before I was brought here.

[ he's learning to deal with judgement from every which way. (sort of.) it's just a matter of plowing forth even when he detects that uncertain little tone in the voices of others. (or thinks he detects it.) ]

What did you do before you came here? Student?

I don't think there is any here, otherwise I'd play some for you. It's fun to dance to.

Maybe you could ask Acumen to bring you some? He seems like he wouldn't deny that sort of request.

I prefer to listen to classical music. As for your second question... music is a part of every day life, yes.

Any particular composers you like the best?

And is it a part of culture? Does it have a significance beyond being a part of culture and a means of communicating emotion?

[What was it...? 'Music is the ancient common tongue'?]

I'm quite fond of Mozart.

It's a part of culture, yes, but it doesn't have a significance past what you stated.

There's a genre of older music called classical in my world. I usually listen to that, but I've heard a lot of different kinds.

I can't say that I do. But I do recommend listening to some Bach or Beethoven if you're interested in classical.
