[Gino's spending the morning in the HQ with his communicator off, trying to get caught up after last night's disasters. So many injured -- with no real explanation yet -- no one taking the credit -- Acumen seemingly in denial -- and everyone is completely right to be uneasy about this. The monsters are gone now, but what if they return tonight?

[He's a little harried, and more than a little tired after a night ~~handwaving~~ helping, but he's also expecting visitors, so feel free to stop by.]

[Reid kind of looks like hell. His tie is off, and is instead wrapped around a scratch on his arm. He's dirty and has some other scrapes. He's also exhausted.

He hasn't slept, his magazine is empty, and he's just not usually doing this kind of work. He lets himself in and drops into a chair at another desk.]

There are very few monsters who warrant the fear we have of them. But these are one of them... [Completely out of breath, sets his empty gun on the desktop.]

[... sorry, Gino, but there's a Rei in the doorway. She's had both food and LCL, so she's not looking as sickly as she was this morning, but that's been replaced by an intense aura of guilt and unhappiness. It wouldn't be all that much of a stretch for him to wonder if she's come to confess to the monsters, given the way she's shuffling and winding her hands together.

Not to mention the fact that she doesn't even bear the tiniest scratch from her escapades last night.]

[Rukia is tired, a little banged up, and would like nothing more than to crawl into bed and go back to sleep, but instead she finds herself at the HQ looking to see if anyone had some answers. For a moment she feels relieved when she sees Gino there, because if anyone were to have answers it'd be him right? The relief is short lived upon seeing his disress however, and instead she just sighs and stands in the doorway.]
