Comments: Reid has had a rocky time lately, and I'd really like to hear how you think I've handled that. Is he recovering too soon? Not soon enough? Am I clear enough with that his relative okay-ness is 90% thin surface?

Comments: Aidan has been chugging along over the last few months, dealing with his PTSD and getting involved in as much as he possibly can just to keep himself from going nuts. Lots of internal conflict, lots of low self-worth and guilt happening. Any questions about that? Am I portraying his emotional and mental conflict well or does it need tuning?

OH YES I was going to talk to you about that because wow we really need to do something? I was thinking about Chuck maybe arranging some informal moving in party at some point but that depends a lot on how the pearl will depress the household.

Also can I request both Phanan and Ianto for Reid whenever it's convenient? Because dream follow-up and also Ianto puking from crim class. No lie, Reid felt a bit proud of that one.

	Yes for house party! Maybe the effects wouldn't be strong enough to mess up everyone who came? Or they wouldn't be there long enough to be effected by it or something? Also Reid may borrow them any time because A+ for dreams and barfing! (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Oh yeah, that would work! Would day 280 work for you as far as timing goes? That gives us some time to warn people that it's happening. Also, how sad would Phanan be by now? Noticeably sadder than normal or just average mopey? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Sounds like a plan! And I'd say not to noticeable so far. Even after all the sharing and caring at first he's still going to kind of keep things to himself and assume he's just having a bad few days and act normal. Maybe some time after the party he tells her? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Just swinging by to comment on Reid and Chuck since they're the characters I feel most qualified to say anything about!

Okay, so I guess I don't have anything substantial to say about Chuck, but she's so sweet and I need more her and Nathan (which would involve me tagging, wouldn't it?). She really got to him with the dream thing and the letting-him-help-her-move thing, so he likes her.

Your Reid is basically the reason I'm here and continuing to be here. I don't think I've stalked all of his threads, but from what I've seen, you're having him cope in a way that feels organic. You've made it clear enough that he's not okay-okay and might not be for some time (or ever). At the same time, you've had him pull himself together and act okay in an attempt to get on with existence. Maybe Nathan thinks Reid is generally okay--although his version of "okay" differs from most, I think--but I do get the impression from the way you're writing him that it's mostly surface okay-ness.

tl;dr Keep rocking it. I'm digging the tension between Reid and Nathan.

I'm so happy to hear that! I always wonder about Reid because yes, sometimes I play him as more okay than he should be but he's also very emotionally... floppy. So maybe that's really okay and now you're saying it is okay! I shall rest easy and take your word for it.

The tension with Reid and Nathan is basically the follow-up to the episode I always wanted and never got, so thank you for eternity for facilitating that! I too want a lot more Nathan and Chuck, because oh wow does she ever just want to wrap him up and keep him safe from himself.

Let's see...

Aidan: I think you're portraying his mental conflict really well. Mal has no idea what to do with it, but that's because he's Mal. I'm enjoying it very much.

Spike: I haven't been paying much attention to Spike's side of things other than when he attacked Martha. Now I'm paying enough attention to Jack to see what's happening... June was a crazy month...

So yeah. Keep rocking!
