	Nope, can't say I believe in the immortal soul. "Demons" and "Hell" - sure, but if anything I suspect they're just another world beside ours - an alternate dimension. I'm sorry, Spike, I just don't believe in that kind of thing. Which isn't to say I don't believe you about being a vampire or being dead - which I could argue the definition of since your brain is functioning. I do believe you when you say that. Hard to argue with you standing right in front of me, and since that's what you call yourself that's what you are.

But if you're going to ask me if I believe in souls, and god in what I presume is the Judeo-Christian sense - then no. I don't. And I never will.

Back in Sunnydale, you'd be exactly the kind of guy I'd chain up for a long haul underground. [ Provisions for a siege. It's always the ones who don't find it in them to believe that end up eaten first. Not that it matters much here, but it still nags at him. ]

Because it's not about believing, it's about the truth. This isn't religion and I don't give a toss if you have to call it science to wrap your lit'le head around it, but souls? Not believing you even have one? That could get you into a whole load of trouble, mate. You can still sell things you don't think you have.
