[That sure is a lot of kites. Nico will have his hands in his pockets, just so you can't mistake him for having anything to do with this colorful nonsense. Begrudgingly, he will think that some of them are kind of cool. He can think of a few people who would probably get a kick out of this. Or maybe he's thinking of one in particular, which just drags his mood down. Maybe he should tie his mood to a kite and throw it in the air. Hahaha... that's stupid.]
