That flinch, the way he tries to mold his words into something resembling anger, and the way the Force ripples around him like he's a vessel trying to stay afloat in sea of choppy, uncertain waves is enough to drain the anger right out of her. It's quickly replaced with concern, and Leia is wordlessly invading his personal bubble (since when has she needed permission to?), lifting a hand to cover his forehead.

"What's wrong? Tell me."

And it's a little disturbing how much she hopes he's just sick and not affected by whatever happens to be afflicting the dome today.

"How should I know?"

The volume from before is gone entirely, and now Han just sounds deflated and run down. He doesn't even try to dodge Leia's hand, or make a joke about how she's checking his temperature. All he's got is some mild annoyance, the remnants of what would otherwise be something closer to rage at the vague sensation that someone else is responsible for whatever is going on in his head.

	Checking his temperature shouldn't be this easy. Han was never this complacent, without complaint, or lacking in sarcastic quips. This isn't right. "Something's wrong," she insists. "They're doing something." The wardens or whoever was in charge of tampering with them all — doing something to him and everyone else that felt terribly off-kilter today. "I can feel it."
