[No, absolutely not. The moment Zeno felt his mood plummet, he left the apartment he shared with his friends and wife. None of them should be around him when he's like this. Even if Kaya had witnessed it once after they'd first met. Zeno had been so cheerful since their arrival and he didn't want her to see him like this.

So he's found himself in a less populated area, tucked away from where he could easily be spotted from more traveled walkways. Once there, Zeno presses his back up against a solid object and allowed himself to sink to the ground. Legs are pulled up to his chest and he buries his face in his arms that are resting upon his knees.

It isn't at it's worst. At it's worst, Zeno has attempted to kill himself in a variety of ways only to discover yet another way that he couldn't die. But he couldn't bring himself to smile, or eat or be around people he cares about. He hasn't yet reached the stage when he wants to break down and cry or where it feels as if yelling incoherently will unleash his emotions.

In his opinion, it would be best if he was just left alone until the feeling went away.]

[ Rean's been feeling pretty lost himself. It hadn't been that bad when he woke up here, realizing he was far from home and not just geographically but otherworldly. He thought he was managing just fine, having figured out a mindset to focus on being in... and then today happened. The guilt, the feeling that he should be back home, the worthlessness he felt after losing and having to leave his friends like that. It's all back, as if the shock of being in this place had numbed it momentarily only for it to hit him back with vengeance. He isn't even sure anymore if the pain in his chest is his mark acting up or if it's his feelings wrecking havoc on him....

Either way, Rean decides to make himself useful... to find someone to help just so he can ease the negative thoughts he was having...

That's when he finds Zeno... ]

Are you all right? Do you need help?

[The voice that disturbs him is unfamiliar. Or if he's heard it over the network, it didn't stick. Either way Zeno doesn't lift his head to look at the intruder. Already he's rethinking his strategy of finding a quiet, outdoor location to spend the day seeing as how he's already been found by one individual.

As for the feelings he's experiencing, Zeno has had these before. Some recently but brief while he was in the company of the new generation of dragons and Miss and Mister and the Lad. He's been trying to not dwell on the darker thoughts that haunt him even if he'll never be able to escape them.

Zeno remains curled in on himself so when he speaks, his voice is muffled.]

Zeno's fine. No help is needed.

[It's far from his cheerful self but this individual doesn't know him.]

[One hand casually raises and half-heartedly attempts to wave Rean away while his head turns slightly so that he can peek at the boy over his arm. [ Well, he's not crying at least, Rean thinks. Though that just leaves Rean... somewhat disappointed that he can't be of help. When he finishes that thought, he immediately feels a pang of guilt. ]

Well... If you're really feeling fine and this is normal...

[ Though, really, how could Rean know? This is his first time meeting this person. Just what is normal for him and what isn't? ~~He feels guilty again for assuming and then mistaking.~~ ]

Zeno...?

[This is the thing about dragon bonds. It's easy to find the other, especially when within such a small dome. What he doesn't expect to find is his fellow dragon brother to be tucked into a small ball, arms wrapped around his legs.

He's never seen it before. Not from Zeno. Always he is smiling, his face shining the brightest of all. And the sight of him like this, clearly upset from the body language alone, Kija finds himself rushing forward to kneel down beside him.]

Zeno-! Are you hurt? What is wrong!?

[A hand upon his back, he tries to check him over for any visible signs of injury.] Tell me what has happened. [Whatever it is, he will help him!]

[Sorry but that's not possible. She's been worried all day and finally asked Kija if he knew where Zeno was. He didn't say exactly where, but he gave her a vague direction of where the Yellow Dragon's presence felt to be. She just walked around for half an hour until she found the familiar crouching shape and the wild golden mane.

It hurts. Seeing it before doesn't make it that much easier.

She's been wanting -yearning- to hold him close all day, but she's unsure now. What if he shrugs her away? She can finally touch him (or anyone) with no anxiety or fear, but it had been hard to shake the habit away. Today the apprehension was gone, but it didn't seem like good timing for Zeno. His sorrows have more priorities than a silly girl's sudden need for contact.

She just sits next to him without a word and hugs her own knees as well. She won't bother him unless it's necessary. She won't force explanations. Just company should be fine to begin with, right? He did that for her over and over, tenfold or more.

Kaya also has cookies in her purse. She can stay there all day if needed.]
