[They are nestled into the booth they normally favored when they spent a lot of time sharing meals. The food has already been served and she's pulling another eggroll onto her plate and smiling at her dinner partner. Originally, this meal was a cute suggestion left on a belated birthday gift that signaled things were getting better between them. Now, after their kiss at yesterday's dance it feels like it might actually be a date.]

If I start talking about maps and charts you'll get so distracted you won't even notice me stealing extra eggrolls, right? Something something, percentages, something something, statistics.

	I'm not sure that's how sugar works. [ But okay. Picking up ice cream and then heading back to Kitty's apartment. Aside from the poker game, he hasn't been there. [There's a reason these traditional things exist sometimes. Because they are really, really great. Just soft and sweet and fond. Okay, loving. She loves him. She's trying not to bring it up since it feels too early even though she never stopped. Maybe they never stopped.] Favorite person to get dinner with. [Just smiling at him for a moment.] Guess we should go in before this melts.

[Why does she half expect to see Nathan waiting up for her? She didn't even tell him where she'd be. He might not even be home, but even if she's a little nervous, she hopes he is.]
