Superhero Party Mingle
The time has come! All of the stars have aligned at it is...

Superhero Party in Quatro Park! Some decorations have been put up, mostly appearing to be comic book action words like 'BLAM!' and 'POW!'. There is a table for food with picnic-ish style fare. A few placards for the food are mildly punny for another who has read comic books. Another table is set up for make your own masks for those that weren't prepared. There are a few games out, but periodically Carl will host the foam sword "battles" set to music that is not fitting for a sword fight just for amusement value.

Anyone can come to the party even if they just want to be themselves and not pretend to be a superhero.

[ He nods. Yes, but... ] He was the suspect in one of the serial killer cases I was working. In the end it wasn't him who did it, but... he still had problems. We took him in for a psychiatric evaluation and when Nathan found out that the urges he has will sooner or later result in him killing someone...

He slit his wrists. He would've died if I hadn't found him in time.

How can he care for people so deeply but also want to hurt them? [No, really. She doesn't understand that part. It reminds her so much of the geass, but...] Your world doesn't have magic or powers that makes that happen, does it?

	Me too. [ Easier said than done. ] I don't really know how to do that. My colleague back home... the one who did Nathan's psychological evaluation, he thought that there wasn't anything to do. 	Not anymore... not that I know of. Deanna could've helped but she disappeared some time ago. [ And with that their only health care professional. ] I have a BA in psychology, but I'm not trained in the clinical aspects at all. It's more... behaviour. Only marginally applicable.
