Video - Defence Force filter – Backdated to evening, Day 245
((OOC note: this address from Jack is sparked by the events in this thread back on day 243.))

[Have one Jack Harkness, looking rather grim and very unlike the lighthearted flirt most of you will have come to know him as. This is the former leader of Torchwood, the people's protector.]

Something's happened to Spike. I think he may pose a danger to the people here. He attacked me a while back but I didn't think anything of it until a couple of days ago when he told me he killed someone else, too – someone who may or may not have got up again like I did.

[A beat] I think we need to be prepared to try and contain him, if necessary.

[Jack actually blushes faintly at being called wonderful. He doesn’t feel like he’s done anything since he’s been here that makes him worthy of that. He doesn’t protest it, though, just moves on past it with a smile.]

You may be right and he won’t hurt you. Let’s hope so! But probably safer to just try and stay out of his way, eh?
