[Have one Jack Harkness, looking rather grim and very unlike the lighthearted flirt most of you will have come to know him as. This is the former leader of Torchwood, the people's protector.]

Something's happened to Spike. I think he may pose a danger to the people here. He attacked me a while back but I didn't think anything of it until a couple of days ago when he told me he killed someone else, too – someone who may or may not have got up again like I did.

[A beat] I think we need to be prepared to try and contain him, if necessary.

It means a lot to me too, if you're there when I come back. It's good to have a friendly face to come round to.

[And he's deliberately not mentioning how many, many times there have been even since he's known Ianto when Ianto wasn't there, simply because he wasn't, and because the whole thing usually happens so fast. As it did with Spike. But there's no point in rubbing that in.]
