[It's the afternoon and there are many people visiting! Hikaru absolutely couldn't pass up this opportunity for a celebration!]

Attention, attention, ladies and gentlemen! This is very last minute, but I know you won't be able to say no to an opportunity like this! [He winks!]

Let's gather around, bring your friends and have a party at around 2:00pm in Sector 4, starting at Chill! Who doesn't love ice cream on a nice day like this? I'll bring the music and the energy if you promise to stop by!

And when you get sick of ice cream and desserts, there are other great places nearby, perfect for the nightlife such as Merlotte's, Devil's Compass, among others! Help your friends have a fun day, and show them that being in prison isn't so bad!

[Hey, isn't he such a great advertiser for these businesses and Marina Nova, huh?!]

[Chill, the ice cream parlor in Sector 4, will have colorful table cloths on their tables, and a radio playing some music that will help people get in the party mood! Ice cream, desserts, dancing and socializing, what could be more fun?]

[After getting himself a strawberry parfait, Hatsuharu sees this... this little yellow creature. It is the most amazing thing he has seen all day, and therefore he has to go investigate further. If it's an alien, that would make this the greatest day that ever happened. He always wanted to meet and befriend an alien, but he never thought it was possible!

He sits at the table near Dave.]

That's a nice lookin' sundae you got there.

[He can't decide whether it's because Dave is small, or if he himself just hasn't been paying much attention. Or maybe it had to do with the announcement this morning. A mystery!]
