Hey, everyone. I'm sure there are still plenty of people I haven't met yet. I'm Asami. Asami Sato. And I want to... [She actually isn't rightly sure how to preface this question, so she launches right in.]

Do you feel safe here? The Wardens aren't trying to hurt us, but there's plenty of other... stuff. [Like people trying to hurt each other.] Does it worry you?

[Asami will be spending a large chunk of the day either out wandering to see what random bits of detritus she might be able to find around the prison or at home looking to see what she can make out of it.]

[He's definitely getting the "not the best conversation to be having" vibe that he should have gotten a little while ago. He pauses thoughtfully, honestly wanting to do something to make it better, but it's a pretty big thing to fix. Someone's own father turning against them and not feeling safe and secure in your own "home." But he's had big challenges before! He's always met them by being himself. It's really all he can do, so he'll just do that here too.]

You know what might help? To meet more people. If you have a lot of friends here then you'll safer, right? Because you'll have them there to defend you and for you to defend and to talk to about things when they get hard. And there are lots of kinds of people here. Like if I wasn't friends with so many vampires I might think they're scary, but I know they aren't now. Uh, so...you should join the baseball team. [No, really, this time it's not just his love of baseball driving him forward. This is an honest attempt at helping even if it sounds like a sales pitch.] Because then you'll have two whole teams to get to know and rely on. I mean it's a place to start, right?
