So. Okay. Instead of being all "I have this friend who needs some advice" I'll just come right out and admit that stuff happened and I am sort of freaking about it. Not big-time, I guess -- well, it depends on what second you ask me. Maybe just a little big-time.

Here's the deal. I have this best friend in the world and well, he kissed me. Or I kissed him. In any case, there was a kiss. And I do not have any clue what to do because what if this ruined everything and my usual chatroom and IM venting avenues are totally blocked and there's no Dear Abby here and this is just not good in so many ways and my ability to giggle is severely impeded and --

[Kitty is ready to move the DF. She still has no idea where they would go, but she feels like she's always in this complex for one thing or another. At the moment, she's taking care of a couple of defense force things and a couple of school things which brings her right into a computer lab, and before she realizes any better she's taken a seat one computer down from Garcia.]

...Hey. [Because not saying something would be stranger, right? Still, she can't quite shake the awkwardness of being around this woman which is not a fun or common feeling for her.]

[Fortunately for all involved, Garcia has bigger awkward fish to fry at the moment. So she just turns at the sound of a voice, having been too absorbed to notice Kitty before now, and managed a smile. it's watery because of life more than the current company, though.]

[ Ramble mode on. Pay attention, sis. ] I don't know you or the other person in question, but I guess it depends on the person you kiss.

In my experience, kissing your best friend can lead to extremely different results. For me, when I kissed my first best friend, I gave myself false hopes and everything ended badly. Then, some time passed and when I kissed the person that eventually became my best friend, it lead to something great.

So, it depends.

Right now I think "confused" tops the list. Along with "scared" and "unsure" and -- I guess a little flattered? I mean, it was nice at the time, and he's gorgeous and perfect and I love him like crazy, and the moment was, you know, a moment, but then it's like my brain turned back on and now I'm just worried things will get all messed up.

[Tear's dropped into the center simply to drop off her weekly, or about a week here, report. Kitty possibly doesn't care much about it, but she likes doing them anyways, it's something she's used to.

But the lady settled in front of one of the terminals intently is not someone she's used to at the Defense Force area, or knows at all-- they only had voices to go off of before-- so she can't help but pause, shifting her files under one arm]
