	No hamsters where you come from? Small, furry, easy to take care of, and don't take up much space when you're flying a frigate around the universe. They're classified as pets, but mine in particular is one tough little guy. He's been through just as much as some of the members of my crew. I woke up this morning and there he was. 	There's a lot of red tape involved, and it depends on a good number of other factors when determining whether or not something like that is acceptable. Oddly enough, the captain's quarters aboard the Normandy had a massive fish tank built into one of the walls. Could never get the fish to last more than a few months though. 	I can see why such regulations were in place for a space-faring vessel. Life support, even for something that small, must be calculated precisely. But for me it was a prohibition against all possessions. So it's a kind of rodent? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
