You want me to tell you what Jedi can do? Well, modesty aside, we can technically do anything. The Force is in all things, the possibilities are endless.

Telekenesis is a pretty broad and vague term. But yea, we can do that. Telepathy, mind tricks (like you mentioned), healing... all vague, broad, but it just keeps going on. Kit Fitso used to be able to actually effect matter, change elements, with the Force. Could even alter the weather, or colours in flowers.
