Meeting notes
We've decided to split the meeting into two threads. The one that's open now will be the mingling and finding your friends thread, so do whatever you want there. The next one will be the information sharing thread, and we're going to have more structure in it.
Piotr will go around the room asking people for whatever information they might want to share, he might ask questions to clarify things of the individuals too, then he'll move on. We're going to ask that everybody keep order and not jump into other threads. The characters are free to react to the things that have come before them when it's their turn, but once Piotr has moved on to another character, we're going to ask that nobody else jump in.
Example: Piotr goes to the Doctor and asks him what he's learned. The Doctor shares his information. Piotr asks a question, the Doctor answers. Then Piotr moves on to Simon. The Doctor is now done with the thread, but Simon can react to whatever the Doctor said and then share his information.
We know that this kind of cuts off a lot of RP opportunities, but it will get the ball rolling faster and get information out cleaner. Hopefully, it'll also keep the thread from collapsing.
Not everybody is going to have information to share, so you don't have to actually take part in this bit. It would make it easier if you guys would leave a comment here letting us know if your character has info.
At the very end of the information sharing, we'll open it to character reactions. We'll let you know when it's over so you can do that.
