Day 6 City of Illusions Ren Faire Arrivals: Buffy Summers Eragon Bromsson Hoban Washburne Simon Tam Weather: As if in response to yesterday's heat, today it is cold and absolutely pouring rain. Low-hanging grey clouds cast a shadow over everything, and it's harder to see than normal with all the mist and water condensation. Highs of 59 degrees (15 Celcius) and lows of 55 degrees (13 Celcius) into the evening. Rain all day, and heavy 90% of the time. Announcements: Everything is started to look a little... faded. The grass is matted, the tents are dingy looking... If there's anything you want to do in the Ren Faire, you might want to do it today. Just saying. Hello, lovelies!
Okay, so here's the deal. I've changed some of the rules. It's always a work in progress. So, because of the growth of the game and such, I'm changing the maximum number of characters a player can have to eight. However, anything over five requires pretty much constant activity from all your characters, so keep that in mind when deciding to go over five, and make sure you can handle it.
I've decided on a day where everyone sings everything, where everything is basically a giant musical. Some characters (Giselle, Legolas) will hardly notice a difference. Is there anyone who strongly objects to this? Let me know before next week, as I will be putting this into place at the next day change. Why, yes, Jareth is a sadistic asshole, why do you ask?
Right, so, lastly, the ball thread. Are people still posting in it? I think I'm going to put a closed/complete tag on it, however, if you wish to continue posting in it, go nuts! I just like to have things all pretty and completed and such.
Oh, I lied. One more thing. A few errors in the various sections of the mod journal have been pointed out to me. If you all could just go through and make sure all your characters have been added right, and all their information is correct, that would be amazing.
