+++ 奇跡国 - Miracle Country +++

Hello, Miracle Country! New oldbie coming through! It's been a while since I was last in kiseki so I'll introduce myself... I'm Oz! I've played in Kiseki on and off for a while and I'm really glad to be back! (Feel free to add me on plurk at escaliers).

Today I bring for you one of the most important people in the universe, the Mistress of the Time Nest, the Goddess of Time- the Supreme Kai of Time, from the video game Dragonball Xenoverse! She also appears in Dragonball Heroes and Online a little, but that's her main game and the only localised one. For those of you familiar with Dragonball Z, she's similar to the Supreme Kai from the Buu saga, only much, much older and responsible for watching the flow of time. She works with Future Trunks and fights demons, it's great!

Her stats are here and give some description of her powers, which involve time manipulation, healing, plus the usual DBZ nonsense. For those of you with characters with magic or weird things a god might sense, let me know how you wanna do it? Her powers are very vaguely defined so I can accommodate easily.
