YES, TODAY WAS THE ALL-AMERICAN BLOCK THE BLOC PARTY!



Darcy unofficially shut down the little section of Ainslie right in front of her house to set everything up. There is a list of who is bringing what and whatever is missing from there, she definitely made sure was available.

IN ADDITION to all that, she arranged for some trampolines for the kids to play on. They're not bouncy castles, but it's the 50s and that's as close as she could get.

Lucretia rustled up several tables and chairs (she had to use her Director Voice to get some of them, she made one of the poor admin staff at the school cry, but she got 'em!) and schlepped them in. She's rather proud of herself, if she does say so. It feels good to contribute. (She's not just saying that to be patriotic, she's actually enjoying this.)

Daisy probably came even though her face is a fucking bruised mess. She just wants to see if anyone's around. Probably she'll end up spending a lot of time with Bucky and whatever other kids are there and Maria if she shows up, which Daisy is about 99% sure she should. SO...you know. Faye is so here. She needs to watch her fake!dad have problems choosing food. Like...serious entertainment value right there. She is also 100% trying to see if she can't get her hands on the "adult" dishes either by stealing some or getting an adult to bring her some.
