We will remove your name before posting your creation. If you identify your beta(s) by name, we will remove those also, leaving behind only a first initial.
For Art: Place in the body of the email.
For Fic: Include at the top of your document.
For Illustrated Poems: Include at the top of your document.

When preparing your post as a Word Doc to email to the Mods, please be sure to type in all the proper coding.
If you are hosting the image/images of your own art, please include the necessary coding [imgblahblah] for this. If you need us to host it for you, include the images as attachments to your email.
Also, you must include the following header:
We will remove your user name before posting your creation.
If you identify your beta(s) by name, we will remove those also, leaving behind only a first initial. We will edit it back in at the end of the fest after the reveal. |
