SOPHOMORE SEANCE

Micah St. Clair proposes a seance in the woods with his classmates. Despite teachers re-emphasizing the ban on the Grotto only a few days before, sophomore students sneak out after dinner to make their way to the Grotto. Everyone is warned to avoid attracting attention from non-sophomores or getting caught. ALSO BRING YOUR COOLEST SEANCE CLOTHING GUYS WE'VE GOT TO SET THE MOOD!!!!!

In the middle of the Grotto clearing, Micah's thrown down blankets over the snow, and conjured two small tables. One table has lit candles for mood lighting and a bowl of burning herbs (or like, whatever, Micah grabbed something nice-smelling from the greenhouse). The other has a Ouija board and planchette.

Everyone who wants to COMMUNE WITH THE FOREST SPIRIT is asked to gather around the table and lightly place their fingers on the planchette. One person asks a question at a time, so as not to confuse THE SPIRITS. They can stay and ask questions until the prefects (hi Ree!!!!) determine that it's nearing curfew and everyone needs to go back to camp.

THE RULES

SOPHOMORES ONLY. No snitching and no party crashers! :(((

NO JOURNALS. We're setting an atmosphere here!!!! This also means that everyone is FORBIDDEN from discussing the seance with anyone outside of the sophomore class (although of course Micah can't actually enforce this).

TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY or get out of the circle! You're going to ruin the ~~supernatural vibes~~ they've got going here.

DON'T PUSH THE PLANCHETTE. We're supposed to be communing here!!! (That said, if a character is trying to push for a specific answer, just say so, but for the sake of fairness, I'll be limiting how many times anyone can manipulate the planchette.)

YOU CAN ASK ANYTHING YOU WANT. No making fun of anyone's question!!! Everyone's allowed to ask a ghost if there's anyone who wants to kiss them. :(

Bash picks up his head from where he is taking notes - adding a sloppy 'feed me seymour?' diagonally across a page and surrounding it with jagged little squiggles - and totally not letting anyone get possessed.

"2 is a legit name. I kinda like it, personally. But now you kind of got the question of whether it's the upper limit or the lower limit of shit." His shoulder ticks up and he darkens a squiggle. "Like - are we counting up to 2? Or is there higher than that?"

	Sebastien's head tilts critically down at the paper, his squiggles are growing leaves at the moment. "I dunno. You could just use 'as well,' dude." English is flexibleish. 	Micah has a point, but it is the name it told them to call it. So shouldn't they respect that, even if it doesn't sound very impressive? A somewhat unsettling thought does cross her mind though. "If we're talking to 2, where do you think 1 is?" (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
