What do they look for in a person?: ~~That they’re Trixie~~ Okay, assuming Robin has any kind of criteria outside of “being my best fucking friend”:

Independence. Because sometimes Robin is just going to fuck off and not tell you and he does not mind if he goes over to see you and you’re not there because you’ve fucked off and you’re doing your own thing.

Willing to entertain his bullshit. But not just entertain it as in “ok sure yeah how do i kno tho, yeah that sounds legit.” He wants you to build conspiracies with him. He wants a partner in batshittery.

NO FEAR. LITERALLY NO FEAR. LITERALLY. He kind of loves that Trixie is allergic to everything in the world and yet she’s still like “oh yeah here let’s try this thing--turns out I’m allergic, got my EpiPen ready?” because that shows NO. FEAR.

Dark sense of humor. It helps if you also think Robin is amusing, because he also thinks he’s amusing as fuck.

Nerd as fuck. Robin is such an actual nerd.
What do they find romantic?: Burning cities together. Making plans for the zombie apocalypse. Like if Robin has any even vague sense of romance, it’s just doing shit together.
Who do they have a crush on?: Aliens. And Trixie.
Are they seeing someone right now?: Everyone knows it’s Robin/Trixie for life except Robin and Trixie. Even if Robin has admitted to Tess that he has EMOTIONS for Trixie, HE JUST DOESN’T UNDERSTAND IT.
What are they like in a relationship?: I feel like that’s a trick question.
Anything else?: Robin might be the only asexual character who a) knows what that is and b) knows that’s what he is. But Robin never really cared about the nuances or the specific labels or anything so he’s always just kind of assumed he’s also aromantic when he might be more like demiromantic? Like really these are way too many labels to just say Robin is immune to your gross hormones and kissing games, children.
