WANTED LINES MEME: January

Wanted lines is back! It's a bit late this month on account of holiday madness, but here you are! Take this as an opportunity to discuss character development, and talk about lines you might want to build with one another.

If you want to participate, fill out the following with each of your characters, then comment around and talk about their relationships and how your characters could interact now or in the future!

Character Name: Cecil Honeychurch
House and Year: Azurcrest Senior
Classes: Charms, Herbology, Potions, Transfiguration, Outdoor Education, Artificing, Wizard Literature, Magizoology, Divination
Extracurriculars: Events Committee, Outdoor Exploration, Choir, Cheer, Head Boy
Current State: Cecil is in a decent place. With regard to his relationship, he fell hard and he's still over the moon about everything with Levi. He's in love, he's happy, he's secure (sorry Anon Posters), he met Levi's family (and they liked him!), Levi met his family (and they liked him!), and all of that is wonderful. There are definitely too many daydreams about moving in together after graduation and adopting dogs (he's never even had a dog) and all that. Things are slowly getting better with Diego (best friends forever~), but he's more determined than ever to take care of him and to be there for him right now both because of what happened between them and because of the strain Diego's been under lately that he's been struggling to cope with. Apart from all that, he's still trying to figure out what he wants to do after graduation and the prospect of leaving Gooseberry is daunting, but he's trying to take that one day at a time. He's also focusing on his Divination and taking part in the investigation of the woods. There's still something important that needs to be done there, after all! ...now if only his vision had told him what.
Looking For:
✦ Spending more time with his friends! Cecil's relationships with Addy, Quinn, Maggie, Rafael, Chris, Ravi, etc. have been neglected lately and I'd like to address that! He still loves you, guys, I'm just the worst.
✦ People to help! Cecil is all about taking care of other people. Lately, he's done a lot of baking and spoiling, but he hasn't done so much with regard to tutoring or mediating or listening to people vent or just generally helping people out. Does your sophomore or junior need a hand with Herbology? Does your cheerleader need someone to do throws for hours on end so they can get something just right? Does someone need to cry on the Head Boy's shoulder? Need something off a high shelf? Whatever. Ask away! Feel free to take advantage of him too; he's willing to bend over backwards to help people most of the time, especially if they genuinely seem to need it, and he'll work himself into the ground. Though, I can't promise his friends might not notice and be less nice about it.
✦ Forest investigations! Particularly with other Divination kids. Cecil thinks it could be beneficial for all of the Div kids involved in the investigation to get together to do larger tarot readings or discuss their own readings from different methods or the like if anyone else is interested in doing that. Obviousy, I don't think we should flood the Divination Tower with weekly requests or anything (because we love our mods), but he'd like to arrange something formal so they can make the most of their efforts. If people are game for this, he can post something and arrange it ICly too!
✦ Cooking buddies! It seems like there are quite a few chefs out there now? Maybe they should make a club and just flood the school with delicious food? Whatever the case, Cecil will be deciding to go to culinary school soon (oooh~) and once he does he'd love to spend more time in the kitchen teaching other people and learning from other people.
✦ Choir stuff! After literally years of encouragement from Diego and Levi, I'm thinking Cecil might at least try for a solo part at some time before the end of the year. He might not get it, but trying is important and hooray for personal growth? It's a little thing, but I thought it might be fun to play with at some point. (No, he still won't sing in the band.)

	I really Chris to start asking for things off a high shelf from now on tbh But also last grotto party Chris did not use Cecil for his drunk therapist - apparently talking things out with Cecil actual works Chris might actually come vent to Cecil during the PT lead up when the stokers twins get too intense about it tho. Ahaha! That's fine, Chris. Cecil will help you get things down from the high shelf. Even if you probably don't actually need him to...

I know! Cecil's glad that Chris doesn't need drunken Grotto therapy sessions anymore, though. That's probably a good thing. ♥ And awww Chris. Cecil's definitely around to listen! His parents and one of his sisters will be there, but he can step away to help a friend even if all he can do is let him vent and talk him through it a little.

	I hadn't actually thought about where they'd do the readings, but I suppose they could go near or slightly into the woods. So long as they're in a group and it's daytime and everything, that seems harmless-ish? But yay Ennis for getting involved! (Reply to this) (Parent)
