A fafillion years ago I requested Dirty Computer caps from capseroo and I've been iconing them in random spurts months apart ever since because my attention span has been going downhill. I thought I'd get an initial batch up at least!

Janelle Monáe was 31 at the release of Dirty Computer and is African American. There are three different looks in this batch, most of them from the facility scenes as above (first one in this preview).

Twenty-one on Glee, not sure when the interview is from; half-Latina (Mexican and Spanish) with Irish, Jewish, Native American, and Portuguese ancestry too. A million years (one year) ago I said I'd probably icon them with blue hair. I didn't, and then last night she popped into my head as a racebent fancast for Chloe Price from Life is Strange, and I was like, I'm gonna make them some icons. There's a little creative cropping around mics in here.

As a Brittana shipper I was initially resistant, but they're actually damn cute and I'm surprised no one's iconed them here yet! lissasicons has Glee icons too and skepticons has icons from candids and appearances and from photoshoots if you need more blonde Demi. I'll probably do their blue hair once they've been in a few more episodes with it and I've actually seen them (New Zealand's hilariously behind).

Jackie is mixed Māori and white; she was twenty-two through X Factor. Her father's iwi is Ngāpuhi, so once Stan Walker revealed her dad's Māori and would not stop going on about how she's Māori, the judges started calling her the Ngāpuhi Princess. This post is full of singing faces and artistic cropping around microphones :( and there's no order to them.
