Despite his protests that he would not underestimate whatever booby traps Ginny could put in place in what was realistically a short time, Harry had found himself impressed by her ingenuity. He had checked for all the usual sort of trip spells, assuming that she couldn't have put up anything that she or Hermione might trigger by accident, but had not even considered an age line. Hexed age lines were not easy to place, epecially around windows which were his chosen point of entry, and he'd got a self-propelled custard pie to the back of the head before he'd had time to duck. Only a hastily conjured shield charm had saved him from a real bombardment.
He'd still gotten in the house, though, so in his view, it counted. Ginny disagreed, however, citing the blobs of cream in his hair as the damnable evidence of his failure, which jovial argument kept them occupied all the way to the Quidditch pitch and through most of their game, when they were not out of breath from chasing each other. Ginny won the game, too, but then she was a better chaser than him, so he was able to let that go with much less indignation.
"I'm not saying it wasn't a bloody good hex," he said, when they had landed, and carrying their brooms back towards the storage shed. "It could rival Fred and George. You could go work at the joke shop after the kids are born, y'know, if you don't want to go back to playing full time."
