I doubt they ever will. My own still don't understand why I never have forgiven them for throwing out Marius, and still think they were fantastic and tolerant for letting him stay until he was seventeen. Unfortunately, the rest of the family has a bizarre set of morals that don't seem to line up with anything the rest of humanity would recognize as such. We're just lucky that for whatever reason, we didn't inherit it. And that's why I offered, because you're part of mine, even if it doesn't happen for decades down the line. You're still part of mine.
