Are you okay? Thank them for the compliment, at first, I suppose. It could be a segue into conversation, if you're so inclined to converse. If they just wanted to let you know and you don't engage them further than a 'thank you' they may just leave. Alternatively, if they start bothering you you'd be within your rights to- you can ask them to leave you alone or leave yourself.

Are you okay? It doesn't really mean anything other than they appreciate your aesthetic. What's going on? Did something happen? Are you alright?

Well, you're not hard on the eyes Greg, so to speak; maybe while he was drunk he thought it was a good idea to tell you. Or maybe he likes you and it came out as a compliment, although I'd probably put more stock in it if you spoke to him sober.

I don't think hating someone necessarily discounts the fact that you can still find them hot - the way someone looks doesn't change the way your feelings towards them do. That said, maybe he doesn't hate you as much as he claims; in vino veritas after all.

Oh. One of those. Well, they don't know you and if they did they wouldn't hate you. They know who you're supposed to be, not who you are.

It means 'in wine there is truth' - or that honesty tends to come out when you get drunk. Then again, people make mistakes when alcohol lets them act on their impulses too.
