Journal: Sweet Nothing's Valentine's Menu
There are a couple of holidays coming up, and here at Sweet Nothings we have a couple of recommendations:

For those of you who observe and celebrate Valentine’s Day, we’re adding a couple of things to the menu for this week only:

Strawberry & Champagne Cupcakes
Our Strawberry & Champagne Cupcakes are a light vanilla sponge soaked with Champagne syrup, filled with strawberry & champagne preserve, topped with a champagne cream cheese frosting and a white chocolate truffle.

Raspberry Kiss - 6-8 servings
A decadent chocolate sponge layered with chocolate meringue buttercream and luxurious raspberry jam. The combination of fresh raspberries with bittersweet melt-in-the-mouth chocolate is a match made in heaven.

We’re also doing Cupcake Hearts this year: A large heart with 30 cupcakes and a small heart with 12 cupcakes. Each is made to order where you decide the cupcake combination as well as the message.

For those of you Anti-Valentine’s Dayers out there, we offer:

Kalamansi Lime Mousse
A refreshing mousse of quark and Kalamansi Lime on a base of Duchess bisquit with a center of raspberry compote.

Black Forest Cupcakes
An amazing bittersweet treat; our deepest, darkest chocolate cake baked with Griottine cherries, topped with Kirsch and vanilla cream cheese frosting. Sprinkled with dark chocolate shavings and a cherry on top.

And finally, for those of you who will simply be celebrating that February 14th is a Saturday this year:

Raspberry Mojito Cupcakes
Tart lime cake filled with rum infused raspberry filling topped with fresh mint buttercream make these Raspberry Mojito Cupcakes the perfect treat!

All of these cakes will be available starting tomorrow. For now, I will enjoy the rest of my day off, by celebrating today’s holiday: Read in Your Bathtub Day.

	That sounds delicious, and yes, they work perfectly for dessert. As for the rum punch, that all depends on how strong you make it; be careful not to let it be too potent, or it'll drown out the more delicate notes of the champagne in the cupcake. Oh, that's adorable. She's been quite a helpful little girl -- she doesn't find it odd at all that I am next to clueless about her world, especially after I told her my parents never let me watch the telly.

I'll take one of those Jojo cakes for her (she'll be squeeful, and hopefully her mum will understand), and can I have a selection of the cupcakes you've listed (say, two of each?) sent to Millicent Bulstrode?

And an order of that Lime mousse for Tristan Travers and Julian Travers.

Black Forest for Blaise Zabini.

And Raspberry Mojito for Rich Summerby.

I really shouldn't go crazy, but I haven't gotten to buy people things for random holidays in years. Is it too much? I might be going overboard. And I should probably get something for my date too. I'll go think on that.

Children are wonderful like that. I lived next to a little boy not entirely unlike that when I lived in Muggle London.

So, just to be certain I have it all correct:
1 JoJo cake (Muggle friendly packed)
2 Kalamansi Lime Mousse (1 each for Tristan Travers and Julian Travers)
1 Black Forest Cupcake (for Blaise Zabini)
1 Raspberry Mojito Cupcake (for Richard Summerby)

You won't hear me complaining about you buying cake for all these people, but I think I know what you mean.

I would like to have them delivered on the 14th. I've enclosed addresses for Mrs Bulstrode and Ms Green-Wythe, who are currently not in their London offices.

I'd also like to add to my order a quartet for Adrian Pucey: 2 Raspberry Kiss and 2 Raspberry Mojito. Please include the message For Adrian, Alicia, Isla, and Liam -- from Mils. Is it possible to let them know the Raspberry Kisses are for the children, as they don't include rum?

I have attached the addresses to your order so that shouldn't be a problem at all.

While I can easily include a note with the description of the cakes, I have to ask if you're certain about the choice of cakes. The Raspberry Kisses are regular sized cakes that makes 6-8 servings each. As an alternative to it, I can suggest our child favourite JoJo the Rabbit cake.

	One Raspberry Kiss, it is. All of our cakes can be decorated to any kind of celebration, so it really is just a matter of taste. And of course, we can package your order to make it fit for travelling, or we can have it sent ahead, so it will be waiting at your destination. Your girlfriend is a lucky girl, Rolf. Happy (early?) I'll pay any extra to get it shipped, though, as I want it to be a surprise and she might stumble on it early otherwise. I've slept on it and decided on the Salted Caramel layer cake, please. That's 1 Raspberry Kiss and 1 Black Forest Cupcake. For delivery, or will you be picking up the order yourself?

Also, I have just restocked my tea, if you're interested in some samples for Tsveta to try out. It would be free of charge, and I could use a child's opinion on the ones I have available.
