Fandom PSLs

So this is a bit unorthodox, but I have an open starter here that is based in the Fallout universe that I'd love to continue. It was originally for a line that didn't get too far off the ground, so I'm happy to rework it, change PBs and character concepts, and build on something more uniquely our own if preferred! I'd especially love a Manu Rios for my Aron Piper for cliche reasons, but it's absolutely not necessary!

More details about the setting and my preferences this way! If you're not familiar with Fallout or interested in learning, I'm open to other post-apocalyptic/dystopia verses (The Last of Us, Resident Evil, Mad Max, etc!) or drumming up something completely original.
