Fandom PSLs

Thinking about putting Mick into panfandom games. Are there any out there that needs a Heatwave? I'm open to pre-planning him with someone if that's what anyone's looking for. Captain Cold would be my first choice. I also have a Barry and a Eobard!Wells to throw around as well. Really, just looking to get my creative juices flowing. Looking for partners that won't immediately want smut because though I'm a fan of pwp as much as the next guy, I consider heavy build up/CR just as sexy because it's what makes the world go round and round.

I say my interest is in games but I'd also be open to a 1x1 thread if that's your preferred choice.
