Any Daryl Dixons out there tonight?

Is anyone interested in maybe doing something from Puella Magi Madoka Magica? I've watched Rebellion twice since Netflix put it up and am drowning in my convoluted feelings over that movie. I've also read A Different Story and am eagerly awaiting the new pages from Wraith Arc. I would be interested in doing fandom or original characters. For fandom, I'm really only interested in writing Tomoe Mami but am super open to doing something along the lines of mentor/student, something like the Holy Quintet in an alternate timeline (vs witches), or even something that occurs in between the series and Rebellion (vs wraiths). For original characters, I'd be really interested in exploring magical girls in a more real-world setting (Mitakihara City is pretty futuristic at times), however, I could totally get into a period piece about magical girls. Vs Witches or Vs Wraiths is fine, though I'll admit that I do prefer Vs Witches because of the inherent tragedy of inevitability.

Stylistically, I prefer threading, gdoc, aim (in that order). I'm really only interested in gen right now. Most importantly, I'd really like to keep the hard juxtaposition of whimsy and darkness that is the cornerstone of the series.

Is there interest for a serious/committed gpsl involving the 1999 version (Tim Burton version, yessss)? Because I have so many ideas for one and plenty of room for originals and cross-canon and just everything macabre and bloody and magicy and sciency.

The game wouldn't start until October 31 but I'd like to get a good group of us going. I would also really really need help with organizing and with graphics if there is a solo interest in that.
