Fandom PSLs

i have some ideas for three distinct AU Captain Swan lines? they are buried in my brain and won't leave. i can play either part.

I have a homeless OC, Thomas Whistler, who I'd like to pit against new allies, friends, rivals, and enemies. In short, he is a pre-War Ghoul survivor, an ex-rotisserie chef turned-ex-Paradise Falls slave, who resides in Freeside presently. He claims no alliances with any factions, and had evolved into a bitter/disgruntled old ghoul who likes manipulating the history/purpose of pre-War tech. His canon is based about three years or so post-New Vegas.

So, hit me up for brainstorming if you're seriously interested in a short or a long term or permanent PSL or GPSL. I'm here for organic, deep character development; not to ship or coffee shop or pair our characters based on their FCs. I'm open to plots like exploring his life as a slave, as well as a runaway, and his current relatively-happy-state. I'm sorry, but I am not accepting PSLs against any Couriers, that role is already snagged by a BFF.

Tony Stark/The Winter Soldier
The Soldier has been free for several weeks without an order until he finds an objective left behind in an abandoned Hydra safehouse: capture Tony Stark and deliver him alive and relatively unharmed. Line will be fairly violent and angst heavy with non-con possible if you're up for it, prepare for a medium to long term line if interested.

Loki Laufeyson/Steve Rogers [I will play either role.]
Before the Avengers made it up to the top of Stark Tower, Loki escaped. The Tesseract and Thor return to Asgard without him, leaving Loki relatively free to do what he wants on Midgard. He takes a liking to the golden hearted Steve Rogers for reasons known only to him and makes it his sole purpose to drive the good Captain mad. A fairly light hearted line leaning towards mischief more than violence on the part of Loki. Medium to long term.

beaconcounty how about getting some girl power up in here so our lydia isn't alone? kira, malia, cora, braeden, kate, marin, melissa mccall. and while he's not a woman i wouldn't mind seeing sheriff stilinski or agent mccall around.

Dark AU (sort of) OUAT line involving DarkOne!Belle, please? So much please and cherries and sweet cakes and pastries and wine and cheese and those little grapes?

The idea would basically take from the end of the last season where Zelena's plan actually worked (or at least, partially) and a bunch of storylines/characters are completely changed and while the others are trying to fix it, Rumple goes to look for Belle, only to find out that she's the new Dark One with no knowledge of him (other than she probably killed him or killed whoever killed him, maybe Zelena?).

I might be interested in the right game/community to take her into if there's also a Rumplestiltskin involved.

After reading this awesome fic about Bucky being the president's troubled son and Steve being his bodyguard, I'd love to play out an AU like this. I would also be up for switching it around so Steve was the president's son or even the president himself.
