Fandom PSLs

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a game solely for animated characters? There are a bunch of panfandoms around, I know, but I usually give up on the idea of playing an animated character in one of those because I'd have to find a PB.

I don't have much else thought out for it; mostly I'm wondering if anyone would be interested at all. Feel free to make suggestions if you're interested. Heck, I'd be cool with a few PSLs or a GPSL, if that's all anyone's interested in. (Right now, I'm personally looking at playing Elsa from Frozen and Hiccup from How to Train Your Dragon, for reference.)

Watched a fan-made DBZ movie, and got to wondering ... What If Vegeta became the first Super Saiyan and obliterated Kakarot (Goku)? He could enslave the human race instead of simply blowing up the planet and make his little home there and enjoy being a ruler knowing full well that Frieza could do nothing to stop him.

I've got other fandoms in the journal, and am open to other ideas with anything related to DBZ if you'd like to write in the verse as well.

Looking for JAMES POTTER and SEVERUS SNAPE to play against at wandsofwinter, a brand new MWPP AU with a rigid caste system set in a wizarding monarchy. Sirius is a prince, James a noble, and as a half-blood, Severus would be a commoner.

Also looking for noblewomen (and not-so-noble women) who might be interested in being a prospective fiancée/arrangement. I prefer any and all ships be based on chemistry and played out in game, but his parents are going to be throwing a bunch of eligible girls his way, and it would be fun to have a few in play.

My idea is to start up a pan-fandom community with Tim Burton's version
of Sleepy Hollow at its heart with a huge portion of Supernatural
injecting itself in there.

The very very long story short?
Someone wants to bust open Purgatory (reasons unknown as well as
whoever that certain someone is) and they need a lot of power/souls
to do it. Therefore, the more souls/people in Sleepy Hollow
(where let's say a gate/door to Purgatory is),
the better chances of success so someone will be leaving the
town to go and collect/kidnap/bribe/blackmail/threaten others
to come to Sleepy Hollow.
