Can I get a Sirius Black for my James Potter? This would require a lot of development because I'd like for them to be in a substantial relationship at some point (not just a quick shag here and there!). I was hoping to pick the line up in their last few weeks at Hogwarts. Perhaps they have a moment but it coincides with the beginning of his relationship with Lily? He chooses her, but soon realises that there's something more with Sirius? Thinking out loud here. I think James would be a bit of a dick about all this to begin with, and unwilling to face the fact he fancies another bloke. I love notes/letter type threads, too, so if we could incorporate that then that would make my life.
