Muse: The Master

Muse Wanted: The Doctor (Ten or Eleven)

The Idea: As a result of his botched reanimation, the Master routinely resorts to energetic vampirism to sustain himself while he figures out how to repair the damage and control the changes it's caused in his body. But some of the damage is already beginning to have an effect on him. He's weakened by the out-of-control burning of his own life-force. His immune system has become compromised enough to allow the long-dormant Cheetah Virus to take hold. And the silence in his mind is starting to become more maddening than the drums ever were. He escaped the Time War out of a will to survive. Now he needs a Doctor or survival will be out of the question.
