Fandom PSLs

I want to make a true to the series, modern adaption to the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Much like in the series, where book plots are merged into the stories -- I assumed it might be fun and intriguing, since many modern stories entail things that are relatively supernatural, to combine to plots of Harry Potter, The Southern Vampire Series, and I was thinking one other book... Of course, looking for advice/help.

Ideally, I want to stick to the essence of what LXG is; literary characters in a merged literary world. That being said, I would love to see a Sookie Stackhouse, Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, and other great characters in modern stories to be involved. Maybe Bella Swan could be the modern Wilhemina Murray?

Any thoughts/ideas?
