Mr. Solverson:
A week has passed since our last of communication regarding your Bow. I am following up to see if you have made any decisions regarding the issue at hand.
Please reply at your earliest convenience.

I won’t be taking it.

[ There are some who say Michelle’s guttural noise of frustration was heard all throughout the Business Office.]

Mr. Solverson:
Did you have any personal recommendations as to whom you would like to take it?

Good Afternoon:
As you are well aware
This is Michelle Watney. You're being contacted on behalf of the Business Office. The Archaeology Department, working in tandem with Regulatory Affairs, is in the process of receiving, evaluating, and distributing recovered artifacts from the Homelands.
I am contacting you regarding the matter of Robin Hood’s Bow. We have contacted its rightful owner and he or she has declined ownership. As such, I am reaching out to you, being that we feel Little John has the next best claim.
This is meant to serve as an open and transparent communication line between the Business Office and yourself. I am sure you may have a couple of questions you would like to ask before either accepting or denying his Bow, and I am happy to answer those questions for you. If I cannot, I am happy to direct you to someone who can.
Thank you for your time, Michelle Watney

Michelle,
What would you do? What would I have to do to accept the Bow? Like what requirements?
Olive
TO: opark@woodsbridge.edu FROM: mwatney@woodsbridge.bo SUBJECT: Item #26874
Olive,
Unlike Mmany osome those who are not registered, you would not need to verify your Tale with Fiona Lin. You may bypass this part.
Should you choose to accept, I would put your name through to Archaeology. You would pick up the item from Petra Muller, and at that point you would fill out rudimentary paperwork that will likely ask for your name, date of birth, home address, etc. You will need to bring accepted proof of personal identification. I am preemptively attaching a list of acceptable forms of identification; please discard if you do not want to accept the Bow.
Once that paperwork is filled out and signed, you will be told what we in Regulatory Affairs have come to find the item does. Petra, like myself, will answer any questions you may have.
Sincerely, Michelle Watney

Michelle,
If I don’t accept it you’ll just go on to the next person from our Tale?
Olive
TO: opark@woodsbridge.edu FROM: mwatney@woodsbridge.bo SUBJECT: Item #26874
Olive,
That’s correct. I would have contacted Will Scarlett along with yourself, but he is not known to me or to any persons who could contact him with authority. If you do not accept, I will move onto the next person(s) we believe possess the next strongest claim, with the exception of myself, and so on until there is no one left to ask.
Sincerely, Michelle

Olive,
I’ll submit your name to the proper departments. The Bow will be available for pickup at your earliest convenience. Give your name to the first floor receptionist; they'll direct you to our Archaeology Department.
The public won’t know who has the Bow and what it does (once you are informed), unless and until you would like them to. You can keep this to yourself or you can tell whomever you so choose.
If you have any questions in the interim, don't hesitate to reach out to me.
