There was no Nightcrawler show on the air last night. I find myself feeling relieved. It was sentimental, for lack of a better word, to have someone from my past here or at least on the air. Yet I think we'd he'll be better off back home.

Have the rest of the recent visitors disappeared? It was such a diverse group, friends, foes, monsters. It was very fitting for Dunwich.

Do you like Egyptology, then?

I spent time in Egypt long ago. I don't know if I'd say I like studying as much as I like experiencing the world.

How long ago? Are you saying you knew Akhenaten???

if that's not too rude. Is it?

It's not rude. It was a few years ago. But not that many, not Akhenaten's time if that's what you're thinking. Nowhere near that.

I knew archaeologists who worked in Egypt and in Sudan. One knew history very well.

Oh, okay. Because if you'd told me you were around for Amarna and the Aten and Nefertiti, oh my days, I would have had so many questions. So many. But you weren't! So I don't.

Sudan! That's Nubia and Kush. I bet they had so many good stories! Wow.

Ha. No. Are you into ancient history?

They did have good stories. but you wouldn't have liked some. The things they'd do for a bet.

A bit. Yes. I'm going to the college here to study Archaeology. Anthropology, really, but I'm doing as many Archaeology classes as I can.

They're both fascinating subjects. Do you have daydreams about making some great archaeological find?
