It's pretty simple. I'm not interested in other women, so I don't look at them. You're not interested in other men, so you don't look at them. That's why we don't see them looking at us. You trying to make me jealous doesn't count because it's about us, not other men. Right? [Pause.] But we notice when it comes to each other because we're aware in a way we aren't of ourselves. Plus, we're both a little jealous and possessive. Does that make sense?
