Jason's reason was Damian's death. He's died and been brought back twice and I think he wants some recompense for that. Or at least for his family to not die. I think in killing me, he hoped to stop anyone else from dying. [...] It doesn't work that way, but he was grieving. I understand why he wanted that.

The other. [...] It's an ongoing conflict. That with enough details from me you could probably figure out even at the moment. I can give you some highlights. The main one being having hurt them and (possibly more importantly) someone they care about. I am manipulative and selfish. I invade people's lives and thoughts and use it to my advantage. I don't learn from my mistakes and don't want to. [...] That was the first paragraph or two of the letter, but I think it'll suffice for now. I can list off more if you'd like.

[She doesn't comment about the Jason thing, because that's almost too much to take in. He died twice? How can that even happen? It makes her shudder, and her response takes a little while in coming. She doesn't ask who Damian is. Part of her wants to, but the other part issues a resounding NO.]

	I think you get stubborn about the people who balance you. But you have a place with the bats. Bruce, but I get the impression that's not an easy thing with you two.
